Based in Hampshire, our extensive manufacturing facilities operate across three sites, including a new 30,000sq ft centre of excellence, combining exquisite cabinetry, bespoke upholstery, and unique custom finishes.
Our highly skilled craftspeople, artisans and technical designers have the pleasure of working with leading international interior designers on award winning and iconic projects, producing the highest calibre of unique furniture, from luxury upholstered products, through to high-end cabinetry and bespoke interiors.
The Role
As a Creative Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the fast-growing Marketing department to continue to build our brand and support our clients’ objectives. This role combines creative design responsibilities with digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and has a keen eye for design, along with a passion for marketing.
Main Duties
- Assist in the creation of visual assets, including promotional, digital and print materials, for marketing campaigns, social media, websites and other platforms
- Assist in preparing design material and presentations for client meetings, proposals, and events
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines
- Assist the Marketing department to develop and execute content strategies for digital channels
- Writing copy for marketing material, such as brochures, blogs and social media captions
- Schedule and monitor social media posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics
- Office support to include answering calls, purchasing and arranging appointments
Skills & Experience required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic understanding of video editing (in app / Premier Pro)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Excellent computer and administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications
