THE COMPANY

Parkway is a leading British furniture maker, with over 20 years specialising in bespoke furniture for Superyachts, Private Residences and Luxury interior spaces worldwide.

Our in-house team of over 70 artisans, makers and designers work closely with leading design professionals and studios, to produce the highest calibre of loose and fitted bespoke products, including cabinetry, luxury upholstery, high-end joinery and exterior furniture from our Hampshire-based workshops and group head offices.



THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, professional and highly organised Executive Support to work across the sales and senior management team, providing high-quality business, sales and administrative support.

This role requires a commercially minded professional who is personable and thrives in a busy environment. Managing day-to-day sales administration, reporting and operational processes to the senior managers, CEO and Directors where required, building trust, remaining organised and maintaining confidentiality are all essential.

No two days will be the same. One day you’ll be helping with a new project enquiry, the next you’ll be coordinating international event plans, liaising with clients, managing senior diaries or making sure sales admin tasks stay firmly on track.

Ideally with a background or knowledge of luxury products/interiors, you will combine strong organisational skills, administration expertise and a proactive approach to multi-task in this exciting role.

YOUR EXPERTISE AND BACKGROUND

  • Experience of providing administrative, executive or business support in a busy office or organisational setting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and provide support where required. 
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and helpful approach.
  • Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team. 
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Proactive approach to all tasks.
  • Excellent computer and administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of effective administration, office coordination and business support processes.

BENEFITS

  • Salary: £32,000-£37,000 (subject to experience)
  • Holidays: 25 days per annum, plus birthday and bank holidays.
